Site Policy
InVircible License
- The activation of the InVircible software requires
the presence of a valid license. A complimentary short term free license is
provided online to let users test the software and determine if it suits their
requirements.
- InVircible is licensed, it is not sold. By purchasing
a license to use InVircible the Licensee is obtaining limited rights to use
the InVircible software for the duration of a predetermined period of time.
The Licensee is licensed to use InVircible on a single personal computer.
Site licenses are available for individuals or organizations with multiple
installation requirements.
- The license to use InVircible should be renewed
annually or every two
years. After having filled the purchase order, or license renewal order,
you will receive a confirmation e-mail, containing the details submitted in
the order form (less the credit card info, for security reasons). The license
itself, a 7 Kb file, containing the coded license installer, with the licensee
personal data, will be sent as attachment to the e-mail address specified
in the order form. An alternative distribution channel is provided to users
that cannot receive the license attachment to their e-mail address (to Gmail
boxes, for example). Such licenses will be uploaded to a special area on this
site, with a link through e-mail, to let the user retrieve the license at
their own discretion.
Limited Warranty
- InVircible is provided "as is". The Licensee
assumes all responsibility for the determination of the suitability of this
software for Licensee's configuration and the results and performance of this
software program package. NetZ Computing and their suppliers do not warrant,
guarantee, nor make any representations regarding the use of, or the results
obtained with, the program in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability,
legality, or otherwise.
Disclaimer
- In no event shall NetZ Computing Ltd., nor its resellers,
nor anyone else involved in the creation, production, or delivery, of this
product be held liable for any damages, loss of profit, consequential, or
other damages, that may arise out of the Licensee's use or inability to use
the InVircible programs. Some states do not allow excluding or limiting implied
warranties or limiting liability for incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation may not apply to the Licensee. This limited warranty
and license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Payment
- Orders for new licenses, or their renewal, are verified
for validity or expiration, to prevent double charge or loss of the remaining
time to a still valid license. Such remaining time will be added to the new
license. The licensee credit card will be charged only on delivery of the
license (either by e-mail, or through upload to the site).
Invoice
- A printable invoice will be issued on request, in
PDF format, and will be e-mailed to the licensee address.
Refund Policy
- InVircible offers its users a free trial in order
to evaluate the product and decide if it fits their needs. Hence, no refunds
shall be granted after a license file has been issued, except for cases of
irresolvable technical problems, platform incompatibility or erroneous multiple
orders.
- User failure or inability to perform basic tasks that
aren't uniquely related to InVircible, such as the handling of e-mail and
its attachments, extracting files from ZIP, downloading files from the web,
"running" a program through Windows, etc., shall not constitute
a cause that entitles for refund.
- In compliant cases a refund shall be made after a
detailed request has been submitted within 30 days of payment to support@invircible.com,
and at NetZ Computing's full discretion.
All refunds, if granted, are subject to a handling fee of 7 USD / 15%, the
larger.
Support
- Questions from InVircible purchasers, regarding software
and license installation, technical problems, license validity and expiration,
and payments, will be handled and replied by e-mail addressed to support@invircible.com.
